RICHARDSON – A three-building, 500,000-sf office complex on Bush Turnpike east of Plano Rd. has been sold for $1.5 billion.
The campus currently is occupied by Raytheon, a high-tech and defense manufacturer, which is on a long-term lease running through 2026.
Property Reserve Inc., a real estate and investment arm of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints, purchased the campus from Dallas-based developer KDC.
