KATY – The Marcel Group is set to finish Marcel Plaza, a 10.7-acre development with more than 80,000 sf of retail space, along Westheimer Pkwy. between Roesner Rd. and Saddlespur Ln.
Opening is planned for spring 2018.
The plaza will include three pad sites between 2,500 and 3,000 sf, one 36,480-sf building, a 7,900-sf boutique grocery and the 10,000-sf Barbara King Dance studio.
Tenants will include:
- 9Round kickboxing studio;
- a Mexican restaurant;
- a nail salon;
- a barbershop;
- a kabob eatery;
- an ice cream shop; and,
- two dentists and a general practitioner family doctor are also expected to open in the plaza.
In addition, 2,905 parking spaces are planned for the site.
