HOUSTON – A developer created a master plan dividing Generation Park's 4,000-acre commercial development into districts, one of them—the 25-acre Lockwood Business Park—is set to open at the end of 2017.
The addition of the Lockwood Business Park brings more than 250 jobs to the Lake Houston region, and will be the first for-lease industrial project at Generation Park.
A range of businesses will use Lockwood Business Park, from warehousing use, engineering, specialized sports training facilities and startups to manufacturing and machining.
Its proximity to an international airport, Port of Houston, and Downtown Houston makes Generation Park a strong strategic and logistical advantage.
