Next phase starts on Frisco Square

​​FRISCO – Builders have started construction on the next phase of the Frisco Square development.

Wood Partners is building the apartment community in Frisco Square on Main Street just east of the Dallas North Tollway.

According to the Dallas Morning News​, Wood Partners’ Ryan Miller said that the first of 298 units should be completed by summer 2018.

The 17-year-old Frisco Square includes a mix of apartment, retail and office building.

The 145-acre development is also home to Frisco’s municipal center.​​​​​
