SPRING – Construction is underway on the ten-story Marriott CityPlace.
The new full-service hotel in Springwoods Village will be located at I-45, the Hardy Toll Rd. and the Grand Pkwy.
The 337-room hotel, will have a restaurant, a tech lounge, a pool bar, a spacious outdoor patio and event space and 33,000 sf of indoor and outdoor function space.
CityPlace will be the first full-service hotel in the master-planned community when it opens in November 2018.
In other news, American Bureau of Shipping is getting a new headquarters in Springwoods Village. The 326,800-sf building will have 24,000 sf of retail space on the ground floor.
