TERRELL, KAUFMAN COUNTY – Schulman Theatres and Oakridge Investments has started building the 74,000-sf multi-venue concept—called Film Alley—at the northwest corner of I-20 and FM 148.
The new Film Alley entertainment hub will include eight movie theaters with full-service dining and recliner seating, as well as 24 lanes of bowling and a 4,500-sf arcade.
Film Alley at the Crossroads in Terrell is slated to open in September 2018.
Cost of construction for Film Alley is $10 million, according to TDLR.
Crossroads at Terrell sits adjacent to the newest Buc-ee’s Travel Center and the future 52-acre Baylor Scott & White Health medical campus.
