​​The architect, GFF's, rendering of the project in Alamo Heights.ALAMO HEIGHTS – A four-story, $40 million mixed-use development at 5514 Broadway St. received approval from the Alamo Heights City Council.

The project by Argyle Residential will feature a 150-unit apartment complex and 5,100 sf of retail space on a 1.41-acre triangular lot. 
The 48,219-sf complex will also include 259 off-street parking spaces.
Overland Partners and Good Fulton and Farrell Architects collaborated on the design. 
GFF is the architect of record and Rampart Construction Co. will be the project’s general contractor. 
Construction is expected to last 22 months.
