McKINNEY – Independent Bank Group will build its new head office in the McKinney Corporate Center in Craig Ranch near Alma Rd.
The headquarters will start with a six-story, 150,000-sf building.
The bank plans to relocate to the first new building in early 2019.
The project is being planned to ultimately house as many as 1,200 workers in 400,000 sf of offices.
