​​​​An outline of the affected area in College Station.COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY – An economic development project from the City of College Station now has the support of the Brazos County commission.

County commissioners agreed to waive property taxes for 15 years on the value of new apartments and commercial businesses built along a planned extension of Dartmouth between Harvey Mitchell Pkwy. and Texas Ave.
According to the agreement passed by the College Station city council two months ago, developers have two years to start the first phase of their construction to be reimbursed 25 percent of their costs.
