​​​​​​​​​​​​​WESLACO – ​Ci Logistics Group, an import-export logistic service company focusing largely on the cotton industry, will be expanding operations in Weslaco in the Rio Grande Valley. 

Main street in Weslaco during sunsetThe company plans to move its operations from Mission to Weslaco, where it will build a 210,000-sf facility.

The facility is expected to add 72 new jobs to the city.

The company, which has business interests in North America and Mexico, has control of two properties in Weslaco. 
The move will put Ci Logistics closer to the Rio Grande Valley’s cotton-growing areas, as well as closer to the Pharr and Progreso international bridges, which will help with import-export operations.
