ROCKPORT – The average sales price for residential homes was $268,198 for the 12 months ending June 2017, up 4.2 percent versus the same period last year when it was $257,508.
The median price of residential homes for the 12 months ending June 2017 was $220,500, versus the same period last year when it was $205,000, up 7.6 percent.
Total sales of residential homes for Rockport MLS for the 12 months ending June 2017 was 495, a decrease of 7.8 percent (42 homes) versus the same period 2016.
The average Days on Market for residential homes for the 12 months ending June 2017 was 149, 6.3 percent shorter than the same period last year.
