​​​​​​A rendering of the Live Oaks Apartments project, which broke ground Tuesday, July 25th in Georgetown.GEORGETOWN – Live Oak Apartments, an income-restricted complex, broke ground at 4121 Williams Dr., according to developer Pedcor Investments.

Construction on the 108-unit complex is expected to finish before November 2018.
Live Oak Apartments will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units, according to Georgetown city planning documents.
Rent will be restricted by tenant income, and about half of the 108 units will be set aside for tenants with incomes at or below 60 percent of the area median income.
