EL PASO – Tianhai Electric North America, a manufacturer of automotive wiring, has signed a 120,000-sf industrial lease at 19 Leigh Fisher Blvd.
CBRE arranged the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Covington Group Inc., which acquired the property in early 2016.
