NEW BRAUNFELS – San Antonio-based Koontz Corp. has broken ground on a ten-acre office project within Sundance Business Park.
The two-phase project will include 120,000 sf of office space. Phase I will deliver in April 2018.
Koontz is also developing a 313-unit multifamily property across the street.
