Los Angeles investment group buys Turtle Creek Village

​​DALLAS – Los Angeles-based CIM Group has acquired Turtle Creek Village, a mixed-use property with an 18-story office building and retail center at Oak Lawn Ave. and Turtle Creek Blvd.

The previous owner, a joint venture led by Lincoln Property Cos., redeveloped the pro​​​​​perty three years ago. The redo included updating the 227,000-sf office building that was built in 1972, as well as adding a 95,000-sf, grocery-anchored retail center. 

The retail center is anchored by Tom Thumb. Other tenants include World Market, Zoe’s Kitchen, Paul Marti​​n’s American Grill, and Athleta.​
