PEARLAND – Dallas-based Dunhill Partners has expanded its Houston portfolio with the acquisition of Center at Pearland Parkway I, a fully occupied retail center at FM 518 and Pearland Pkwy.
The 167,704-sf center, which opened in 2014, was developed by Stream Realty Partners and Dallas-based Thackery Partners. Tenants include Ross Dress for Less and T.J. Maxx.
A second phase of the center, anchored by Academy Sports + Outdoors, was not part of the sale.
Rusty Tamlyn and Ryan West of HFF represented Stream Realty and Thackery Partners in the transaction.
