The Center at Pearland Parkway I purchased

​​​PEARLAND – ​​​Dallas-based Dunhill Partners has purchased​ The Center at Pearland Parkway I, a 167,704-sf shopping center.

Stream Realty Partners and Thackery Partners developed the project at the intersection of FM 518 and Pearland Pkwy. It was completed in 2014. 

Tenants include Ross Dress for Less and T.J. Maxx.

HFF represented the sellers.
