DALLAS – Los Angeles-based CIM Group has acquired Turtle Creek Village, a mixed-use property with an 18-story office building and grocery-anchored retail center in Dallas’ prestigious Turtle Creek Blvd. neighborhood.
The West Coast real estate investment group acquired the grocery-anchored property from a joint venture led by Lincoln Property Cos., which completely redeveloped the property in 2014.
The redo included updated the 18-story, 227,000-sf office building that was built in 1973, as well as adding retail to the site bound by Oak Lawn Ave., Blackburn St. and Irving Ave. near Turtle Creek Blvd.
The 95,000-sf retail center is anchored by Tom Thumb, with retail tenants that include World Market, Zoe’s Kitchen, Paul Martin’s American Grill and Athleta.
