Round Rock’s Summit II at La Frontera underway
Located near the intersection of I-35 and Texas 45, the two-story building will be adjacent to the 87,186-sf Summit I at La Frontera.
Round Rock has one of the lowest office vacancy rates in the region, just 5 percent presently.
Demand is being fueled by skyrocketing rents in downtown Austin and shorter commutes, Mark IV officials said.
