GEORGETOWN – Vacancy rates for industrial, commercial and retail buildings in Georgetown were all below 5 percent in first quarter 2017.
GEORGETOWN – Vacancy rates for industrial, commercial and retail buildings in Georgetown were all below 5 percent in first quarter 2017. The rate for industrial vacancy fell below 2 percent, according to Michaela Dollar, the city’s economic development director.
