GARLAND – Construction has begun on Firewheel Senior Living Residences, a 171,572-sf upscale senior-living community near Firewheel Golf Park.
The four-story, 154-unit project is at 5151 N. President George Bush Hwy. Construction will wrap up by the end of next year.
Addison-based KWA Construction is overseeing construction. David Kirch is the architect, and Seneca Investments is providing financing.
