SAN ANTONIO – JLL is developing two office buildings at the Brooks mixed-use community. The Waters Building will have 70,000 sf of Class A office space, the first of its kind in the area....
SAN ANTONIO – JLL is developing two office buildings at the Brooks mixed-use community.
The Waters Building will have 70,000 sf of Class A office space, the first of its kind in the area. The second will be a 40,000-sf medical office building close to Trail Baptist Hospital.
Work on the buildings should wrap up in 2018.
