SAN ANTONIO – Two new office buildings are planned for the mixed-use Brooks development.
The first office building, called The Waters Building, will be 70,000 sf of Class A office space—the first of its kind in Southeast San Antonio.
The second office will be a 40,000-sf Medical Office Building close to Trail Baptist Hospital.
Both buildings, which will be developed by JLL, have not yet broken ground and should be completed in 2018.
