Verizon unveils corporate development plans
The new mixed-use development, called Hidden Ridge, surrounds Verizon’s North Texas operations and already includes a new 1.2 million-sf campus that will hold the Irving-based headquarters of Pioneer Natural Resources.In all, Verizon and its development partners can develop:
- another 1.5 million sf of corporate office space;
- a 200-room full-service hotel;
- 1,200 apartments or residences;
- 80,000 sf of restaurant and retail space; and
- a two-acre green space with amenities on the historic Carpenter Ranch in Irving.
The 110-acre mixed-use development sits adjacent to a DART rail station, making it an appealing corporate destination.
