IRVING – Telecom giant Verizon Communications Inc. unveiled plans for a new corporate magnet in Irving’s Las Colinas, which will add millions of sf of office, residential, retail, hotel and green space to the city.

Rendering of Verizon's master-planned, mixed-use corporate developmentThe new mixed-use development, called Hidden Ridge, surrounds Verizon’s North Texas operations and already includes a new 1.2 million-sf campus that will hold the Irving-based headquarters of Pioneer Natural Resources.
In all, Verizon and its development partners can develop: 
  • another 1.5 million sf of corporate office space;
  • a 200-room full-service hotel;
  • 1,200 apartments or residences;
  •  80,000 sf of restaurant and retail space; and 
  • a two-acre green space with amenities on the historic Carpenter Ranch in Irving.
The 110-acre mixed-use development sits adjacent to a DART rail station, making it an appealing corporate destination.
