EL PASO – The Greater El Paso Association of Realtors (GEPAR) has released home sales data for January 2015.

Quick facts include:

• The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $124,000, up 3.4 percent from December 2014.
• Existing single-family home sales decreased 13.4 percent from December 2014 for a January 2015 total of 277 sold units.
• Condos decreased in price to $94,500, down 0.5 percent from December 2014.
• Existing condo sales decreased 29.4 percent in January 2015 from December 2014, for a total of 12 sold units.
