ROCKWALL – Paper and plastics manufacturer Lollicup USA Inc. has signed a deal that will make way for the development of a $50 million, 700,000-sf manufacturing facility in Rockwall.
The new manufacturing plant will help create paper and plastic cups, as well as food containers, and deliver the goods efficiently in this part of the United States.CEO Alan Yu said he expects to begin construction by mid-November, or by the end of 2017.
The new manufacturing facility is slated for completion October 2018.
