​​Bob Mills Furniture Store has leased in San Antonio to expand into the South. SAN ANTONIO – Oklahoma-based retailer Bob Mills Furniture will open a new store at Fiesta Trails Hilltop near I-10 and De Zavala Rd.

This is its farthest expansion south since the company’s Temple location opened.

Bob Mills Furniture is leasing 62,840 sf in a former Target store, which was severely damaged by hail. 

Weingarten Realty said on behalf of Bob Mills that the company did not wish to disclose when the store will be opening, and there has been no word so far as to how much remodeling and repair was needed in the space.

The remaining 33,160 sf of the old Target store space is available for lease.​
