DALLAS – Another luxury residential tower in Victory Park has opened to residents, with the intent to brings hundreds of people to the neighborhood surrounding the American Airlines Center.
The 21-story and 22-story towers will bring 302 luxury apartment homes and 3,200 sf of ground-floor retail space to 2588 N. Houston St. adjacent to the American Airlines Center near the entrance of The Katy Trail.
Ascent Victory Park has begun offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments to residents, with four penthouses on the 22nd floor.
Each floor plan will range from 613 sf to 2,878 sf of living space with high-end finishes.
