​​front shot of Gramercy CenterDALLAS – A real estate investor has purchased two office buildings on the Dallas North Tollway in Far North Dallas.

The Gramercy Center office campus was built in 1998 and includes 256,357 sf of space.

The two buildings are located just south of the booming West Plano office district, which is seeing thousands of new jobs locate to the area.

The Gramercy Center sale is just the latest in a series of office trades along the tollway.

And the 12-story former Encana Oil & Gas tower in Legacy business park just sold for $123.3 million to Dallas-based Tier REIT.
