Spirit of Texas Plaza moves to phase three

​​​​​CONROE – Phase three of the Spirit of Texas Plaza development east of I-45 on Texas 105 is nearing, as phase two of the plaza is near completion.

Denton Florian, Spirit of Texas Bank director of public relations, said phase two will include a second office building and will be completed within 30 days.

Florian said site development has begun on phase three, which includes a two-story office building that will house over 15 businesses, and will be completed in the next 12 months.

The Spirit of Texas Plaza is part of a five-phase master project, totaling $22 million.

Florian said, “It’s going to help put Conroe on the map as a center for financial service, draw more business for Conroe and put it in a strong position for economic activity.”

​Phase five will include the creation of walking paths and the 1,200-seat Yellow Rose Theatre.​​
