HOUSTON – An application filed with the city planning and development commission shows plans for a new 130-home subdivision on the banks of Buffalo Bayou immediately northeast of downtown.
The subdivision is proposed for 10.4 acres between the bayou and Jensen Dr., a currently vacant tract that represents among the largest vacant sites so close to the city's Central Business District.
Lots in the neighborhood will range from about 1,200 sf to about 2,500 sf, with many accessible only by shared private alleyways.
