SPRING – Modera Spring Town Center, a 396-unit apartment community located at 21801 Northcrest Dr., has been sold.
The garden style community, developed in 2014 with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, was recognized as a Houston Apartment Association Honors Awards winner in 2015.
This acquisition gives Abbey Residential Services, the company that purchased the apartment community, their 13th apartment property in the local market.
