PASADENA – Development has started for Phase II of Energy Commerce Business Park.
PASADENA – Development has started for Phase II of Energy Commerce Business Park.Phase II includes a 101,400-sf building and a 232,960-sf building.
The park—located at 611 E. Sam Houston Pkwy. S.—is expected to include a third phase consisting of 54,080-sf building.
Phase II is expected to be finished in early 2018.
Currently, no tenants have been lined up for phase II.
Clay Development & Construction is carrying out Phase II of the business park.
