DALLAS – An energy firm has completed its move from Uptown to downtown.
EnLink Midstream Partners has moved into 157,000 sf in the One Arts Plaza building at Flora and Routh streets.
It’s one of downtown Dallas’ biggest office leases so far this year.
Enlink relocated from a building on Cedar Springs Rd. near Turtle Creek to some of the office space that formerly housed 7-Eleven’s corporate offices.
More than 300 Enlink employees made the move.
