3M Co. sells Austin campus

​​​AUSTIN – Minnesota-based 3​​M is selling its 156-acre campus at 11705 Research Blvd. to World Class Capital Group.

​The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.

3M is investing in a new 272,000-sf facility within the Class A Parmer development on the city’s north side. Construction begins​​ later this year, with move-ins slated for April 2019.
