SCHERTZ – Austin-based HPI Real Estate Services & Investments recently purchased 214,500 sf of new industrial property on the I-35 corridor.
The brand new property at 9850 Doerr Ln., called Schertz 1, was finished in March and the bought by HPI in June 2017.
Located on 15 acres, the new property features loading docks on either side of the building.
Schertz 1 is being co-leased by HPI and CBRE and has a number of high profile neighbors including Amazon, FedEx, O'Reilly Auto Parts, and Caterpillar that all operate distribution centers or warehouses in the area.
