FORT WORTH – A real estate investment and development firm—California-based Transpacific Development Co.—has acquired a soon-to-deliver distribution hub, which has been 80 percent leased to the supply arm of Campbell’s Soup Co.
The 713,000-sf Class A distribution facility is located at 3000 Cantrell Sansom Rd.
Campbell Soup leased 578,000 sf of distribution space at the Cantrell Sansom Road building, which is slated for delivery August 2017.
The remainder of the distribution facility is being marketed to would-be tenants.
