GHX to anchor Lockwood Business Park

​​HOUSTON – McCord Development has named GHX Industrial LLC as an anchor tenant for Lockwood Business Park, an industrial development within the 4,000-acre Generation Park.

Locally based GHX will occupy ten acres in the 25-acre Lockwood ​park. The company’s build-to-suit facility will have 121,000 sf of warehouse ​and 22,500 sf of office space. 

GHX will consolidate four of its local facilities into the industrial park at 13300 Lockwood Rd.

Method Architecture is the architect, and Burton Construction is the general contractor. Financing was provided by Woodforest​ National Bank.
