713,000-sf distribution building trades hands

​​FORT WORTH – Transpacific Development Company (TDC) has acquired a 713,000-sf Class A distribution ​​building that is under construction at 3000 Cantrell Sansom Rd.

The developer is DHL Real Estate Solutions. Completion is expected for early August. JLL is handling leasing.

The building is 80 percent preleased to Campbell Soup Supply Company, which signed for 578,000 sf. CBRE represented both parties in the lease negotiations.
