DALLAS – A 20-story office tower—called Northpark Central—that is the home of Dallas-based TopGolf and Match.com, recently sold to CBRE Global Investors for more than $120 million, real estate sources say.
The 491,803-sf office building at 8750 N. Central Expressway was sold for nearly $250 per sf to the investment arm of CBRE.
This will likely be the last substantial office property along the North Central Expressway corridor that will sell this summer.
Real estate sources say the office rents in the North Central Expressway building have gone up dramatically in the last few years as the ownership group also expanded the parking for the office building.
