DALLAS – The more than ten-acre Xerox property at the northeast corner of North Central Expressway and Haskell Ave. has been purchased by Dallas-based De La Vega Development, deed records confirm.
The new owner is working on designs for a retail, restaurant, hotel, office and residential complex on the property, which is adjacent to the Cityplace development.
The proposed development would include a residential tower, luxury hotel, shopping and restaurants plus two office towers, according to preliminary plans prepared by De La Vega Development.
Almost 1.4 million sf of development would be built on the property, which now has an office tower, data center and other commercial buildings.
