ALLEN – A high-tech firm is shifting its regional operations to Allen and will lease a new office building off North Central Expressway.
NetScout Systems Inc. will relocate its regional office and research facility from Plano to a 145,000-sf office building to be developed in the Watters Creek project near Bethany Dr. west of North Central.Almost 500 people will be working in the new One Bethany at Watters Creek building.
NetScout’s three-story Allen building will be on Venture Dr. near where construction has started on a $91 million convention center and hotel project.
The Watters Creek retail, restaurant and apartment center is just across Bethany Dr.
