The site will be developed into a multifamily development.
The industrial property is zoned to Spring Branch Independent School District.
Additionally, the property is currently occupied but will be vacated in around 30 days.
The property was purchased by Rockspring Capital.
The property will be developed by Rockspring or sold to a multifamily developer.
