ODESSA – The Faudree Ranch Apartments, a 300-unit apartment project, has been sold.
The Faudree Ranch Apartments, located at 2741 Faudree Rd., was more than 98 percent occupied at the time of the sale, according to ARA Newmark.
A 789-sf one-bedroom apartment starts at $1,220, according to the Faudree Ranch website.
The complex, constructed in 2014, is in a location in growing eastern Odessa, near Business 20 and Hwy. 191 along with real estate hubs like the Parks Legado Town Center and Chimney Rock Shopping Center.
