GARLAND – Global food and beverage company, Kraft Heinz, has signed an industrial lease to open a new distribution hub in Garland’s Logistics Pointe Garland complex.
The Kraft Heinz Co. has signed a lease for 260,959 sf (including 90,000 sf of cold storage) at the logistics park at 2600 McCree Rd. in Garland making, it the largest tenant in the business park.
Kraft Heinz will use the space for fulfillment and logistics purposes for some of its eight $1 billion brands, such as Jell-O and Kool-Aid—among other products.
The Garland logistics park was originally built for a large-scale grocery distribution center. The three-building complex totals 1.1 million sf.
