TYLER – Housing trends for May 2017 have been released by Greater Tyler Association of Realtors (GTAR) through Clarus MarketMetrics.
The data compare price changes and sales changes from the previous year in cities all across east Texas.
Quick facts include:
Existing single-family home sales increased 12.5 percent from Apr-17 for a May-17 total of 423 sold units.
Existing condo sales increased 50.0 percent in May-17 over Apr-17 for a total of six sold units.
