HOUSTON – May 2017 housing statistics have been released through Clarus Metrics for Houston Association of Realtors (HAR).
Quick facts include:
Existing single-family home sales increased 20.9 percent from Apr-17 for a May-17 total of 8,043 sold units.
Condos decreased in price to $303,500 down 1.3 percent vs Apr-17.
