SAN ANTONIO – Dallas-based Encore Enterprises Inc. has broken ground on a major residential development near San Antonio’s Southtown district.
The $60 million five-story housing development will feature 339 units, as well as 5,000 sf of retail space that will include a structured parking garage with 420 spaces, dog park, pool and spa.
It will be located on the intersection of South Flores St. and Old Guilbeau St. Occupancy is scheduled for fall 2018, with an anticipated completion date of 2019.
Encore SoFlo will be built on a site near South Flores St. and Cesar Chavez Blvd. near the H-E-B headquarters.
The project, which is a partnership involving Encore, Greystar, the City of San Antonio and Bexar County, will include a parking structure.
