FORT BEND COUNTY – A three medical office portfolio, located in Sugar Land and Richmond, has been sold for $58 million.
The portfolio is fully leased, and the properties include—Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital and Physicians Pavilion in Sugar Land; and UT Physicians facilities in Sugar Land and Richmond.
The Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital is located at 16902 Southwest Fwy. in Sugar Land, and is adjacent to the Physicians Pavilion.
The UT Physicians facilities in Sugar Land and Richmond are located at 15035 Southwest Fwy. in Sugar Land and 1517 Thompson Rd. in Richmond.
