WACO – The Stainback Organization has bought 200 acres of the 350-acre tract at the northeast corner of Loop 340 and I-35 in the center right of this aerial photo looking north. At left is Central Texas Marketplace.
Developers proposing a shopping center on a 200-acre site on I-35 have prepared a site plan showing 30 retail sites, restaurants, office space, a fitness center and a movie theater.
It includes a 140,800-sf retail anchor, a 36,400-sf movie theater, three 50,000-sf office complexes, a 36,000-sf fitness complex, a 136,000-sf retailer, and a hotel and convention complex.
